This is a self portrait by Harmony VanLue Tanguay that has been left unfinished. I think this oil painting fragment is absolutely stunning, and looks beautiful as it is. Painted in oils on linen mounted to a wood panel. It measures 11 3/4" x 15 3/4". Varnished, signed and dated by the artist.
