This original, one-of-a-kind embroidery hoop art is comprised of hundreds of french knots. The thread in the center starts as a very dark turquoise, and gradually progressed to a rich teal to aqua, and all the way down to a pale greenish blue on the outside. This abstract piece was created as a fun experiment to see how smoothly the colour could be progressed. The hoop measures 4" (10.16 cm) and the back is left uncovered. The hoop is stained a rich dark brown that pairs beautifully with the turquoise thread and white cotton fabric.
